Like your own 4 star hotel we offer a spotless full kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed a queen pull out sofa and TWO parking spaces in our garage (unheard of in downtown Annapolis). Centrally located in the West Street arts district you can walk everywhere in town or take the free shuttle that drives by all day.
Please no children under 8 years old.

May 2026This was really a wonderful experience staying here in Annapolis. It was our first time visiting and the location of this stay was perfect. It was walking distance to everything we needed to do and see. My wife and I worked remotely from the condo and were able to visit the town within minutes when needed. The condo was in tip top shape and exactly as described. Andrew was extremely proactive about sharing instructions and information, so much so that there was no confusion or any reason to reach out during the stay. Check in to check out could not have been easier. The parking situation was also a huge plus because it is easily accessible and extremely secure lot. I will certainly be returning here and will always recommend. Thank you!

April 2026Really loved the flexibility to walk right into Downtown Annapolis. Place was cozy and clean. Was a really great place to stay for a few days. The parking is a little tight but doable.

March 2026Andrew's place was exactly what I needed and expected. I never heard one single neighbor or sound within the apartment. I went there for much-needed respite after removing my Dad into Assistant Living. I loved the location and I never used my car once I parked it in the secure garage as you can walk to everything including the the Grauls Market (i.e. grocery store). I would definitely rent his place again.

October 2025Apartment was beautiful - sunny, pristinely clean, lovely decor, and very comfortable. There’s a coffee shop on the ground floor of the building which very convenient. It’s an easy walk to restaurants and the center of town. Also very nice to have parking included so you can park the car and not have to move it until you leave. Check was easy and host was responsive. We would definitely stay here again.
