We do contactless check in but if you want a tour we live just around the corner so are very local :)

October 2025This was an exceptional home to stay for the weekend. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything. The home was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and big. You can tell they’ve maintained everything very well. The bed we slept in (king room without the sleigh bed) was a little soft for our taste, but we’ve slept in worse. The couch in the living room was very comfortable. We didn’t cook or use much in the kitchen, so I can’t say how well that was stocked. I would definitely rent this home again.

June 2025This house was perfect! It was very clean and beautifully equipped. It was unseasonably hot when we got to Annapolis and the modern air conditioning and ceiling fans in this house were a nice amenity, even in the converted attic bedroom on the 3rd floor. This house had everything we needed for a great stay and was perfectly situated in town with walking possible to all of the sights and restaurants. The beds were all very comfortable and clean and the backyard outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseening! We’d stay here again if given the chance!

January 2023The location of this property cannot be beat. We were steps to the Naval Academy in downtown. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out and we really appreciated how comfortable the memory foam mattresses were. Only challenge was it is a very small bathroom to share on the second story, the other bathroom is down on the first floor by the dining room. I would stay here again :)

February 2023Lots of dust under furniture. Saw a cockroach one night in kitchen. Also a throw blanket on back of couch either had someone’s lipstick or blood on it. Went to cover up because it was cold and found it. The house is older so not pristine and did ‘t expect it to be but bugs can come in just needs fumigated and check blankets for stains etc. Great check in and was great walking to DTA and USNA

April 2023Our stay was fantastic! 8 of us traveled to Annapolis for my 40th birthday. We wanted somewhere we could walk everywhere and not drive and this location was perfect! It was close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. I was slightly worried about parking but the Gott parking garage was a quick 4 minute walk away and we were able to leave both cars there all weekend. The house is beautiful! Updated yet historical. The pictures do not do it justice. The beds and couch was very comfy! The kitchen is VERY well stocked with all you’d need! Highly recommended home!!

Even though there is no parking at the house it was east to drop off and park at a nearby garage. The host responded very quickly to messages. The iconic state house can be seen from the front porch along a picturesque street. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully restored to have modern amenities while preserving a classic historic feel. Our extended family of eight adults had a wonderful time there.

January 2024This is THE PLACE TO STAY in downtown Annapolis! It was RIGHT downtown and within walking distance of everything in Annapolis and the USNA. We could not have been happier, and Megan even had extra towels dropped quickly to us when we requested them. I cannot say enough about this beautiful home, location, comfort, and hosts! The only thing that would have been nice with our larger group would have been one more at least half bath. But, that goes with these beautiful historic homes. Book here if you can! We will absolutely be back to Megan’s next Annapolis trip!

March 2024We stayed at Megan’s place for St Paddy’s weekend. Highly recommend. Megan was a great communicator during the booking and checkin. The downstairs was great for group entertaining. The bedrooms provided ample space to unpack and settle down after long,fun days. Location wise - couldn’t be much better. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and the wharf. Just far enough away for a little quiet (if desired). Definitely would stay again. Thank you!

The location also cannot be beat for the value - you can walk to anything and everything you need in the area. Megan made sure we knew where to park upon arrival and how to get in and situated. It was spacious enough for all my guests and comfortable enough for all of us to cook together in the kitchen. I knew the property, but for downtown Annapolis, one cannot get more central. Steps from the dock, capitol, and Academy.

October 2024Perfect location between Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis with easy walking distance to either location. Friendly and responsive but not intrusive host. Parked at Hillman garage after unloading vehicle in front of home and barely had to use or car for our 4-day stay. Ideal for any Naval Academy event or just visiting scenic downtown Annapolis!

November 2024Great location! Walkable to everything downtown. Tons of stuff to do and see. House was well appointed and comfortable. Would have preferred a Keurig, but we decided to walk to cafes for our java. Backyard private courtyard is very peaceful. Only issue is the lack of parking close to the house. On weekends, all street-side parking is occupied. The Calvert St. garage is free but takes about 7-10 minutes to walk to.

Great historical location within a 5 min walk to all the cool stuff Annapolis has to offer. The house itself is well appointed, clean and roomy. We loved it and Will definitely come back.

January 2025Stayed with a group of friends for a long weekend- will be back! This house was more than enough space for the 8 of us and had great entertaining areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) where we could all hang out comfortably. The best thing about this house was the location- it is in the heart of everything you could want to do: shopping, great restaurants, fun bars. Overall the house was perfect for our stay!
