We offer an open floor plan, two full baths, kitchen and the best front porch in town. We may not be the fanciest rental in town but is a great comfortable house is an unbelievable location. Everything you need nothing you don't.

No parties / events . Quiet time enforced. strictly outdoors after 10 pm as we share walls with neighbors. Extra mess = extra clean fee . No parties - Bachelor / Bachelorette included. No confetti / taping on walls.

July 2025My husband and I always stay in Annapolis over the 4th of July holiday. This year, our kids joined us for the first time. Megan‘s place was perfect, not just in size of the home and ample sleeping, but in proximity of the historical Annapolis district. We used Hillman Garage for parking which is right around the corner from the house. Windows were older, so you could hear foot traffic walking by, but it wasn’t anything that would deter. Highly recommend!

The location was awesome, we were able to walk everywhere and it's definitely a fun town with lots to do and see. Megan was helpful and responsive with any questions we had. May 2023This was the ideal place for our recent week-long visit to Annapolis for my son’s wedding. The location really is perfect - steps away from everything, but peaceful and quiet. We knew it would be - many years ago we lived right across the street! Everything was easy, from check in to check out. We loved sitting in the swing on the front porch with our morning coffee, enjoying the back yard in the afternoons. We miss it already! The three bedrooms are great - spacious and nicely appointed, with very comfortable beds, closets, and more. There was sleeping space in the living room and I think downstairs, but we didn’t use that. The home is well-equipped with linens and the kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, pots and pans you’d need. Full-sized washer and dryer and dishwasher were great and worked perfectly. Megan was so flexible and accommodating, and instructions were simple and clear.

December 2023We stayed here to participate in Midnight Madness and so wanted to be close to Main Street. We were literally steps from the middle of Main Street! Parking was very convenient with the garage right there too. We were there for just the night but it suited our purposes perfectly.

May 2024The house is old but well kept for the most part. Location can’t be beat. We didn’t have any issues with sound at night but brought white noise machines for our kids, so that may have drowned out any noise from the main drag a block away.

August 2024Nice comfy home in a great location! If you visit Annapolis, the location of Megan’s place cannot be beat. A few steps from Main Street, it is right in walking distance of great restaurants, the State House and the harbor. The house has ample space and is well equipped. We stayed with 3 adults, but the place could easily accommodate 5 without feeling cramped. Communication with Megan was easy. We had a couple of questions at some point during our stay and she responded right away (Thank you again, Megan!). Great place to stay. Definitely would go back if we return to Annapolis. Thanks again for letting us stay.

August 2024We had an excellent working visit to Annapolis staying at Ed Megan's house. The location cannot be beat. We were steps from our favorite restaurants, Cafe Normandie and Harry Brown's Grill. When we got up early each day, the streets were quiet and peaceful. We were also steps -- about 40 or 50 -- from Chick and Ruth's for a breakfast treat. The space was huge for just the two of us -- an extended family could fit in this space. We enjoyed spreading out and not feeling cramped as in a hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and . . . we found the important martini shaker and glasses. We had an all around great time.

October 2024This house is in a great location, just a few steps from the main drag of downtown Annapolis. It's spacious and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. A couple things to note - one of the full bathrooms is downstairs off the kitchen and there is only one full bathroom upstairs. The upstairs bathroom has mold all over the ceiling because there's no ventilation/fan. Something to keep in mind if you have little ones or are sensitive to mold. Check out time is 10am and they're very strict about this. I get it if there's another reservation but if you're checking out on a Sunday like we were, there likely isn't someone checking in that day to warrant such an early checkout at this price point.

October 2024Great location right downtown. Clean place but could use a few more amenities (tissues for example). The house is beside a loading zone and there were early morning deliveries to nearby establishments. A little noisy. But, it is in town so... Overall, a very nice place.
