4 Bathrooms Welcome to our Waterfront Oasis in the desirable Eastport section of Annapolis. We feature a main level open floor plan with excellent water views, 4 bedrooms and first level suite with two twins and a second living area. This home is perfectly suited to host a larger family/friend group (Please NO parties or events of any kind.) Water access out the back door, plenty of free no permit required street parking and a quick walk to downtown or USNA. Bring your kayaks/boards for our floating dock.

We feature three full floors , the upstairs area has 4 full bedrooms and two full baths with an open loft/office space. The main level is a spacious open floor plan with updated kitchen and half bath . Downstairs is its own mini apartment with two entrances , laundry , sink , bar , mini fridge and Tv.
Eastport is the Maritime section of Annapolis. Walking distance to go many of of towns 5 star restaurants , bakeries , coffee shops, The Maritime Museum and J World sailing school .
ABSOLUTELY no events\ parties ( Bach / ette included ) . No smoking. 10 max people at any given time in the property . Only two cars are allowed in driveway - the rest can do street parking ( guests do not have garage access) .Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet time after 9pm. Any violation will result in additional fees and instant termination of rental contract . Property has active cameras on front and back exterior .
Everything except the garage and owners closets. . Guests can use the swim platform however not to dock a boat .
We live in the neighborhood but let you enjoy your space - available anytime by phone or text message .
The garage and slip are not for guest use. We have active cameras on all exterior access points .The home does not allow pets however the owners labs do visit numerous times throughout the year in case of pet allergies .This is NOT a party house - please read all rules before booking .

December 2025Gerry’s place was such a GEM! It was so easy to walk to the downtown area and the location was perfect. The house is not a new built, but the inside is upgraded and looks like it was from a new construction. Everything within the house was super clean and organized. We ran out of dish soap and Gerry addressed it right away and let me know where to find them within the house. We loved the open areas in the living and kitchen areas and the kitchen was absolutely well stocked! Truly appreciate it! The beds were comfortable and overall had a very cozy feel to all the room. We didn’t get to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor because it was cold and there was snow – but we did went out to take a picture and get in some fresh air. Parking was no issues as there were 5 cars for us. Definitely had a great time and thank you for being a great host!

August 2025We had a great time at this house- very clean, well stocked, and all the beds were comfortable. The only hiccup we had was checking into the house as the code we were given did not work...Megan called back within minutes and was able to rectify the situation. One of the highlights was having the water taxi come right in the backyard for pickup/drop off into the downtown area. Would definitely recommend this home!!

August 2025We stayed at this home for a bachelorette weekend. The house matched the listing and worked well for our group overall. However, one of the beds and its bedding were soaked upon arrival, so it couldn’t be used the first night, which definitely impacted our experience. The issue was resolved quickly the next day, which we appreciated. We were told we’d receive a partial refund, but only received it after reaching back out to remind them. That communication gap was a bit frustrating, especially while trying to coordinate shared expenses. All in all, the space itself was fine and the location was convenient, but the situation with the bed did take away from the stay.

July 2025We visited Annapolis for a girls trip, there was 9 of us and we all fit perfectly in the home. The kitchen was very well stocked, one of the best Airbnb kitchens I’ve experienced. The central air was excellent, and by the end of the trip we referred to this home as our Barbie dream house. The closest water taxi pickup was the SAYC, and Ubers had no problem finding the house. We had the most amazing time. So many great memories in Annapolis!

June 2025Loved this home in Eastport - location is excellent, easily walkable to downtown Annapolis, home is comfortable for a big family, and being on the creek is a nice bonus. Only critique is that it looked like no one had stayed there for a while as the deck had a table cover that was lying disheveled in the corner of the deck, the lower floor outdoor enclosed patio was dirty with leaves and soot all over, and the house had several insects / bugs crawling on the walls. It just needed a more thorough prep before our arrival. We had a super time and wouldn't let these issues dissuade your from renting as I am sure they will have all this taken care of for the next guest.

May 2025We (a small group of women) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house in Eastport. There were some nice restaurant options not far from the house, and it was an easy 1 mile walk to downtown Annapolis. We also enjoyed using the water taxi to get downtown, which picked us up from the convenience of our dock! The house set-up was comfortable, including the beds, and included all the necessities. Our favorite thing to do was enjoy our morning coffee on the deck. There was a minor issue involving an alarm related to the water system at the house, but Megan was very prompt to respond when I reached out to her and helped resolve the issue immediately. It was a great stay and I would recommend this to others looking to stay in the area!

March 2025Megans place was very peaceful on a water inlet yet only a 20 min walk across the bridge to the heart of Annapolis. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies as well as coffee/tea and related items. We had 4 couples and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. A great weekend!

March 2025My friends and I came here for a weekend to celebrate my birthday and had a fabulous time. I’m local (but some friends were not) and we were all extremely impressed by the house. Everything was beautifully decorated. The labels in the kitchen were super helpful, and they had every kitchen appliance imaginable! I also left my jacket in the closet after we checked out, but Megan was so responsive and got back to me right away the new code to run in and grab it. An excellent experience and would highly recommend staying here!

January 2023I rented this property for my family which was a party of 10. We typically travel to TN for Christmas but decided to come up to MD this year. We allnfelt we made a great decision and it started with this property. it was beautiful. Spacious; even bigger than we thought. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants in Annapolis, and we loved to water and private decks. We would definitely recommend this property, and would rent again ourselves

March 2023We selected this place to stay for convenience close to our son wedding at Annapolis Marinetime Museum. The neighborhood is quiet. The view of waterway is nice. We had great experience stay. The living room and kitchen area are well lit with large windows and mirror doors to outside deck. Our guests liked the nice furniture. High above ground desk gives a great view of waterways and neighbors’ house architecture. We used the portable propane grill on the deck for many excellent BBQ meals. On one rainy day we could move the grill under the awning. It’s nice that instruction labels are everywhere: we can find things easily or know exactly how to use (or operate). Although the front door digital lock was a challenge: not 100% working all the times (owner needs to do something about it, maybe just new batteries). Finished basement with 2 extra beds, a sofa set and convenient walk out were a plus. Cleanliness throughout the house is excellent.

May 2023This house is in a quaint, very walkable neighborhood. It has a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We loved exploring Annapolis from here and often didn’t need the car. Hosts were always very quick to respond. Place was clean and lovely!

December 2023We stayed here over Christmas and it was a mini-family reunion spanning three generations. Everyone commented on how great it was. The kitched was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and the layout made it easy for us to play lots of games together, even while some were getting meals ready in the kitchen. We had just the right space for bedrooms and bathrooms.

June 2024This was the perfect house for our visit to Annapolis to drop our son off at USNA. 10 minutes from Alumni Hall, 5 mins from Gate 1, and close enough to restaurants, grocery stores to support the family while we were there. Megan was very responsive to our messages about a minor TV issue, and took great care of us. This house is definitely on our list to return to over the next four years!

July 2024Megan and Jon’s place was wonderful for our girls weekend! The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful with calming water and sunsets in the backyard. The house was full of amenities, linens, towels, and plenty of beds! It was a super walkable 15-20 mins over the bridge into town and there were so many other restaurants, bars, and activities to walk to on the house side of the bridge. Megan was responsive and super helpful and I would highly recommend this place. So many of my friends said they would come back again!

July 2024We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful house in Annapolis. The house was perfect and equipped with everything we needed. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance to everything Annapolis has to offer. We especially loved the welcome book with great suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Mornings were absolutely perfect, sitting out in the back along the water with coffee. Overall, it was a perfect stay with friends, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Annapolis!

Only issue, we were in for my son's wedding with a 4:30 rehearsal...no early check in and we spent 10 minutes with lock issue...late getting to rehearsal. Also no option for late check out after a late night wedding (10:00 a.m.), would have loved an extra hour for the amount of guest staying. There are 2 bedroom with queens beds , other bedroom had 2 singles and the basement level with 2 single beds, not good for our situation where we had all couples. The futon when pulled out was small and the 5'9" person had to sleep diagonal to fit. Great spot for 2 families with children who need single beds , beautiful home and Meghan was very responsive on all our questions.
