Purchased in 2016 this house was taken down to the studs so everything is brand new and waiting to host you on your next trip to Annapolis. Literally a stones throw from everything downtown has to offer you can’t get closer to the action. USNA, Maryland State House, City Dock, McGarveys and Iron Rooster are just around the corner. Perfect place for two couples and a extra single. Small city patio out back.

October 2025Great location right in the heart of downtown and near lots of good restaurants. Rooms were all decent size. Best equipped kitchen in any place I've ever rented -- we stayed for 10 nights and ate at home all but 2 nights. Nice large refrigerator.

September 2025Great central location. Great communication. Second bedroom no formal closet but an open hutch style storage space…we didn’t need it but FYI for those staying longer with more clothes. Known issue with regard to parking (none available at the house) but available at pay lot 5 minutes away.

June 2025Megan's place was so conveniently located to the downtown area of Annapolis. Easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. It was on a very quiet street. Parking was offsite, but it was an easy walk to the Hillman Garage to park! Very clean and nicely appointed kitchen. The king size bed was very comfy with lovely sheets. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially if in town for Naval Academy events! Thank Megan!

April 2025What a perfect place to stay! The location was perfectly placed for a 2 minute walk to Gate 1. Or a perfect morning jog over to Eastport. A charming little backyard that unfortunately it was a little two chilly to enjoy. One of the best features was a 1/2 bath downstairs. This might seem unremarkable but many of the older homes we have rented the only bathrooms are on the upper levels. The interior of the home is bright and impeccably decorated with plenty of space to set things down. The kitchen is small but well laid out and more than met our needs. It was also well equipped with pots, pans , glassware, cutlery etc. Both bedrooms upstairs are en-suite which we really liked, and again, hard to find this in DTA. Megan was above and beyond when it came to responsiveness and ease of being able to work with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

June 2023One of the best stays I’ve had! And the ABSOLUTE most comfortable beds! I believe they were tempurpedics. Every room was super clean and we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Parking is a pain but that’s going to be the case anywhere in historic Annapolis. Felt safe and comfortable

June 2023Seemed the front door doorknob didn’t actually lock, so the inside swinging latch ( like you see in hotels) was the only thing that secured the rickety door. It also would’ve helped to have had more information about where a food market was. And to better understand parking options ahead of time. There was street parking nearby if you drove around a little bit but we didn’t know that till we arrived and had already parked in a lot 10 min walk away. The outside back patio was sort of lovely but wasn’t clean so we didn’t use it, Otherwise, the location was great! Could walk everywhere. The home was clean, very comfortable beds, great to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom, small but comfortable living room. Bedrooms could’ve used some proper drawers for clothing. It was tough to unpack in the master bedroom.

June 2023Excellent location! Within half a block of Main street, so perfect for walking to everything! Megan gave several recommendations for parking locations, including information on a free shuttle to get back to town if needed (we just walked the half mile from our chosen parking spot). Completely accurate description and pictures, and we will definitely check for availability the next time we come to Annapolis!

August 2023This was the perfect place for my family (4 of us) to stay when we came to Annapolis for the weekend. We didn't need to rent a car because it was an easy Uber ride from BWI airport, and once we were at the house it was completely walkable to everything in town. It's literally about 1.5 blocks to the water and fabulous restaurants. The apartment is adorable, clean, and the beds were super comfy! The single bed in a nook at the top of the stairs was very cozy and my son (24 years old) wanted to sleep there (instead of sharing the queen sized bed with his sister). Megan was a great host and was very easy to reach when I had questions. We were in for the Annapolis 10 mile race and I'm hoping to book this again for the same week next year!

October 202348 Fleet St was a fantastic property. We visited for a Navy football game over a weekend and absolutely loved the location. It was walking distance to just about anything you could need. Lots of restaurants and shopping, the Academy campus, and all the downtown festivities were within a 5 minute stroll it seemed. I highly recommend this property!

February 2024Location, location, location. You couldn't get closer to everything you want to do in Annapolis. Everything is literally right outside your door. That is what you're really paying for - and get your money's worth. Fleet St. is one lane, one way, with no parking. So it's a quick stop to unpack your car and woe be it to the person who turns down Fleet St. and has to wait until you're finished. The house is very cosy and easy to settle into. The kitchen and bathrooms have all the amenities you want and the beds are comfortable.

October 2024The place is exactly as described. 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in each. There’s also a bed/daybed in the hallway upstairs. There’s a half bath on the main floor and the kitchen and living room were great spaces. Our only complaint is that the backyard could have been better kept.
