January 2026We rented Megan’s place for a birthday weekend. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, spaciousness and beautiful decorating. The amenities were plentiful, the parking was easy, and the neighborhood was quiet. The house is located in a very walkable location for all of Eastport and also into downtown Annapolis.

November 2025Megan’s place was adorable! We stayed there for our friend’s 50th birthday as a group of 8 and it was extremely cozy! The pictures don’t do it justice. We hung out at the house for most of our stay, leaving only for dinner. Some of us hadn’t seen each other in almost a decade and we enjoyed the many spaces the house had to gather and socialize. The house had everything that we needed from glasses to cookware. It was very clean… something I am VERY particular about. The neighborhood was also quiet and peaceful. Oh! And, there are views of the water from the loft area sitting room (something I hadn’t noticed in photos). We all liked it so much, we’ve talked about possibly returning and making this an annual event!

The house is spacious and perfectly located in a beautiful neighborhood with easy walks to restaurants and cafes. The home has all of the necessary amenities with ample towels, bedding, etc. We hope to return again next summer!

The home was a perfect base for a family weekend with our grown children in town for a family wedding. Spacious, clean and beautiful! Megan responds quickly and took excellent care of us. April 2025Location was the highlight; ample parking, walking proximity to main street and great restaurants; well kept neighborhood, well equipped but mismatched kitchen items. It was a decent place for 3 couples and young adult. However, for the price/ fees my expectations were high and unmet; missing light bulbs, hodgepodge furnishings, shared toilet with master bedroom, 3 chairs on deck for 7 guests, towels need replacing (towels were left wet in master) and sheets were musty smelling. Particularly annoying was everyone tripping on area rug corners and the neighbor's barking dog (although there was a fox loose that came out each night). There was hardly a water view as advertised as it backed up to an asphalt marina separated by bushes. The 4th bathroom is in the unfinished basement, and rather useless for guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

March 2025Perfect home to stay for our daughters daughters wedding at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Home was spacious , was warm decor. About a half mile walk to town, 1 mile Naval Academy. Beautiful quiet safe neighborhood. Master suite with large closet on first floor. Loved the little extras Megan offered with her home, they were very helpful ( chargers, snacks..) We will def be coming back to a future stay here. Highly recommend.

March 2025We traveled to Annapolis for a wedding in downtown Annapolis. We were a group of 4 generations ranging in age from 1 to 86. The home was well-equipped for our needs. Megan was gracious enough to provide a pak-n-play and high chair upon request The home is in a great location to explore Annapolis - and the neighborhood felt safe. The kitchen was equipped with items we needed for our short stay- but we did not cook much. Its in a walkable location, but with our elderly family - we also drove. Yes the home is older and has some wear and tear, but was tidy & clean. The negatives for us were: the shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom would not stay up - repeatedly fell throughout the stay. The lighting in the bathrooms was not ideal and the bathroom mirrors were almost worthless (for getting ready for a formal wedding). The downstairs master bath drain did not hold water -nor did the kitchen sink. All minor annoyances. Our group would stay again.

November 2023The home has a ton of space to spread out. It was a huge perk for us having a primary with ensuite on the first floor. We had 2 vehicles and there was plenty of room in the driveway plus some spots available on the street. Upstairs having 2 additional bathrooms plus 3 more bedrooms was great, it also had a separate living space. The location is really great no matter what you're in town for. We were all over town shopping, restaurants, and went to a game at Navy. Parking in town near shopping was also super easy and then very walkable from there. Of course if you don't mind the walk, there are sidewalks all the way into town. We have been to Annapolis a few other times and this is great option for a group!

April 2024The house was lovely and a great location for walking into town or over to several restaurants in the area. We had 5 women together for 3 nights and would consider staying here again. The kitchen and dining accommodations were great and the living room area was a little cozy but worked out OK. Instructions for the TV / 3 remotes would be helpful. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable and we ended up just using the 3 main bathrooms (not the one in the basement). Another hair dryer or two would have been nice (there was only 1). Some of the furniture and towels were worn and should be refreshed. But, overall we enjoyed our stay in the home which made visiting the quaint Annapolis area a pleasure!

June 2024Megan is a great host. Lovely home close to Eastport bars and restaurants (about 10 min. walk), with slightly longer walk to dowtown. Our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler fit comfortably. Well-equipped kitchen and large fridge. Quiet street with plenty of parking. Pool table in basement is an added bonus!

September 2024We were able to have our grown family all stay together for a wedding weekend in this lovely house in Annapolis. Great food and drinks a short walk away. Quick Uber to the Waterfront Hotel for the reception. First floor master suite is special. The house had everything we needed - would book again. Maybe another family weekend next year - this time to explore the town!

October 2024Our team was in Annapolis this year for the Annapolis sailboat show. We have stayed at multiple Airbnb over the years and this is by far the best accommodations we’ve had. Megan’s house is very comfortable, stylish, and clean! It was exactly as described. I was especially grateful for the easy checkout process that did not involve having to complete a list of chores. LOL. highly recommend it and we will plan on staying here again.

January 2025the house was roomy, kitchen was perfect to cook breakfast for the group, perfect location. we enjoyed exploring eastport and annapolis. Megan was very responsive and flexible and accommodating as we were there the weekend of the snow storm. we will definitely rent this home again when we come back.
