4 Bathrooms Ideally located between the vibrant West Street and the historic Main Street, our downtown Annapolis home offers easy access to restaurants, shops, bars etc. We’ve carefully furnished the space to create an inviting maritime environment with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (en-suite) comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The high ceilings give an open and airy feel, while the inviting front porch offers a cozy east coast touch. The private backyard is perfect for the summer months .

December 2025We had a great stay at Megan’s home. Clean and stylish and comfortable! Loved the kitchen (beautiful and everything you could possibly need) and the easy walk into town. Beds were so comfortable! We would highly recommend booking Megan’s place if you are visiting Annapolis!

September 2025Megan’s place was FANTASTIC! So close to all the fun of downtown Annapolis - we walked everywhere. We also truly appreciated the garage pass since parking was limited at the house. We would absolutely stay here again!

August 2025We stayed in this beautiful home for Plebe Family Weekend. It was a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the Visitor’s gate. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms stocked with the basics and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. We used the front porch rocking chairs and the private backyard quite a bit. Great outside spaces. Every evening we walked to dinner either downtown or in Eastport. Everything is as pictured. For our family, the third floor shower wasn’t usable but we just shared the other two showers . It’s a luxury in these older homes to have the number of bathrooms in this house. We would most definitely stay here again. It has all the charm of a historic home with modern conveniences.

June 2025We had a great experience at Megan’s rental. The home was super clean and the decor was warm and inviting. The location was perfect for some of the wedding activities we attended in the area. It was a totally walkable location. The backyard was perfect to enjoy a nightcap after a long day. Would definitely rent again!

June 2025This was one of the best places we have stayed. It was just the right size and in the correct location. The place was impeccably clean and organized. The theme from the Naval Academy thought the house was a nice touch since we were there for my son's graduation. The neighborhood was peaceful. Very charming backyard. All appliances were new. Megan was very responsive.
