The city does not allow street parking for short term rentals . Our guests use of the numerous city garages - The closest is one block away . Fireplaces are for decorative use only.

July 2026Great place near the centre of Annapolis. The house has lovely period features but isn't small as a result. Really enjoyed our stay here (couple + 4 year old), and had more than enough space for us all

March 2026We stayed for 5 days in March to visit our 3C midshipman. The house was perfect for our family of 5! It was within walking distance to everything. Close to all of the best DTA shops, restaurants and USNA. The parking garage was just around the corner so if we needed the car that was fast too! The street and neighborhood were awesome as well. Would highly recommend!!
