December 2025We loved the B & B and our stay. Very clean!! It was a little hard finding the bench in the dark to pick up our fob. Maybe having larger house numbers on your home would help others. We will be giving others your B & B info and hope to someday come back. One of the main reasons we selected your place was the guaranteed parking spot and elevator.

December 2025Megan's place was perfect for our stay in Annapolis. She provided very clear instructions for check-in and the place was as described - spotless and with a well-appointed kitchen. We love the location as we generally park and walk everywhere. We will certainly look to book with Megan again.

November 2025We had a great weekend at Megan's place! As two retired couples we valued the proximity to the main Dock St area and the Naval Academy's stadium. The parking spot was a bonus. Megan's place was cute, roomy, and filled with what we needed to enjoy our stay.

October 2025Very nice place, great location. Parking garage is right to get into but nice once in. Comfy beds, upscale bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. Basically across the street from The Graduate, very walkable to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful combination of beautiful walks throughout the residential neighborhoods and close to the water for easy access to the harbor and boating. Loved the outdoor balcony and well designed kitchen and bathrooms. A wonderful retreat!

August 2025Absolutely wonderful space! 15 minute walk to City Dock, close to great restaurants, and so clean and comfortable! We loved the deck, which was so private it felt like having another room. Free and easy local transportation if you don’t want to walk. We were two couples and agreed we would love to stay here again! Thanks for being a great host, Megan!

July 2025This was our second time staying at Megan’s place with young children. Pack and play fit in the primary closet area and our toddler fit in second bedroom no problem. We enjoyed being able to sit outside. Walked to and from downtown easily! Would highly recommend! Parking was critical, especially with children!

This 2BR is spacious, well designed and decorated, immaculate, updated, comfortable, secure, comes with a dedicated parking space and walkable to downtown. Really nice patio to relax outside. It’s basically a 4 star hotel grade unit with the comfort and space of an apartment. Great coffee and breakfast shop downstairs. Highly recommend this place, we wished we could stay longer!

April 2025This place is great, the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Location was fantastic, nice restaurants are nearby in the neighborhood(recommend Timber Pizza Co). Easy walk to the Naval Academy , DTA, and St Johns for the croquet cup. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Appliances are high end and the TVs are nice. Highly recommend.

March 2025A great location for walking everywhere with easy access to restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable. We even ended up asking Megan what type of mattress they had! One thing to note is that the parking garage has a very steep entrance/exit, just a heads up for those that drive a manual car like I do.

Megan is a great host, always responsive and provided very timely and clear instructions. The unit itself is an absolute gem! It has private parking and is easily within walking distance to downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy. I can't wait to stay here again!

September 2024I would definitely recommend this for a family needing 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's aesthestically very pleasing--beautifully decorated, clean, with several storage places and privacy, and places to hang out alone or with others. It's a fantastic location. You can walk to USNA, the Annapolis harbor, Navy-Marine Corp Stadium, and St. Johns College. The policy of one car, one fob, and one key to the condo can require more coordination than mulitple adult parties may want to manage. We made it work because all our activities were the same. There is $10/day parking one street over for additional cars. In the time frame that we rented, it was the best price for the location and access. The amenities exceeded our expectations. We were able to make several meals. We always felt safe. Our dialogue with the owners was amazing!

November 2024Patricia's condo is lovely and we had an enjoyable time staying there. We were in Annapolis visiting our Mid and attending a football game. The condo is walking distance to both USNA and the stadium while also having a dedicated parking space in the on-site garage. It is a beautiful and comfortable condo with all of the amenities in a secure and quiet building that is close to restaurants and shops. We definitely want to stay at the condo again!
