November 2025Loved the East Street location! Super walkable to all restaurants, shopping and events. The house was comfortable and the amenities were superb. The bedding was comfortable, towels were so nice, and all the little details made our stay amazing. I loved the hot water pot for my morning tea and the throw blankets available for relaxing on the couch. This host thought of every detail and we will look forward to staying here again!

It’s a very cool space in an historic neighborhood, walking distance to everything we needed: the waterfront, great dining, shipping, and the USNA. The host was responsive and welcoming, making our trip seamless. We’d love to return on our next visit!

Everything is within a short walking distance - all of the history that Annapolis has to offer, great restaurants, shopping, City Docks and the US Naval Academy. Megan provided great suggestions for parking prior to arrival which made it a breeze. It really felt like home! I would highly recommend Megan’s place to anyone traveling to the area.

The house is comfortable, clean, cute, and clutter-free - yet somehow everything a traveler might need (umbrellas, filtering water pitcher, cozy blankets) are there. The result is a house demonstrating what a thoughtful host Megan is. Loved it, and highly recommend to others.

We may have missed this in the listing, but the second bedroom doesn’t have a door and we wish we knew that ahead of time. But we would still stay again! Such a cute and convenient spot

Everyone was angry but other than the next guests being really nasty to my 13 year old and me being horribly sorry and embarrassed we had a wonderful time.

February 2025This home was outstanding! The beds were incredibly comfortable with high-quality sheets and very cozy comforters. The bathroom towels were very plush as well! The kitchen was nicely appointed and the open design of the living space was great for just hanging out. We had some rainy weather and Megan was very helpful with suggestions for things to do in places to go. Probably the best thing about this home was the walkability to everything Annapolis! We loved the Naval Academy decor in the home and felt very much part of the community while staying there. We will definitely be back!

September 2024The pictures on line accurately depicted the townhouse. Very close to the Naval Academy and restaurants on the square. As described, the ceilings upstairs are low as well as the passage on the stairs. We were ok with this as no one in are party was over 5' 9". That might not be the case for those over 6' tall. Place was very clean and there were oils and spices if you wanted to cook anything. We were there on a Navy football weekend so the price was a little high, but we would definitely stay again on a weekend with less demand.

September 2024The house is a wonderful little gem spectacularly well-situated in Historic Annapolis. It was perfect for our needs: two St. John's College alumni couples coming for a college reunion. But regardless, it is just very nice. When I visit Annapolis again I'll try to book it again. It's worth going around the corner and visiting the William Paca House & Garden. Checking in and out was very easy. Heather's communication was perfectly fine. Instructions for house usage were minimal, which I appreciated. FWIW, we never had to put Heather to the test. There were no problems with the house whatsoever.

October 202461 East Street was the perfect place to stay to be close to USNA for an event. We adored all the USNA decor and theming. We were able to easily walk to the main gate two blocks away, and the Navy football game. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. We were sharing with another couple, and the only surprise was that one bedroom doesn't have a door, so we wished we had packed eye masks and ear plugs. The neighborhood is lovely, we really enjoyed our stay here.

January 2025The house was an ideal location for our family, steps away to restaurants and sights but not on the main strip. Overall the house was clean, cozy & comfortable; we especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was so that we were easily able to have breakfast at the house each morning. The house was clean though someone overlooked some items (dirty laundry) in the primary bedroom and hairs on the duvet. Lastly, we found all the neighbors to be friendly which is always a big plus when traveling, especially traveling with young children.
